The Genetic and Spiritual Corruption of Mankind Before the Flood

Sometimes you have to put aside your preconceived notions of reality and take the Bible quite literally. Often, when you do that, the picture of what is going on, especially with regards to the Old Testament can make a lot more sense. 

We live in a world where if we can't see, feel, touch, taste or smell it... it doesn't exist. We live in a world that must be explainable by science. This might actually be a obstacle to your faith, I know it was mine! But the more I dig in, the more faith I have that there is more than meets the senses of our reality. 

So stick with me as we begin a set of conversations that will stretch your belief system. Whether you think it possible or not, it will help you understand the Bible and your role in this infinite cosmos that you can't possibly know everything about. Just rest with that fact and let God take you on a journey. 

Genesis 6:1-2 (KJV):
And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born
unto them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them
wives of all which they chose.

Genesis 6:4 (KJV):
There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto
the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of
old, men of renown.

Genesis 6:13 (KJV): And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is
filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

Genesis 6:9 (KJV): These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.
